A gift for honeymooners or a reminder of a trip to Italy, this wide panel shows a gondolier on the Grand Canal in Venice, gliding past old palaces and church domes, with mooring poles rising from the water.
Decorartes created the scene as an original flow-line design, without tracing a photograph. It fits nicely above a dining table, a sofa or a bed.
Gondola, palaces and water all hook into the outer frame; once cut, the black layer stays in one piece. A backing board file of matching outer size is included.
The panel measures 450 x 269 mm, about 17.7 x 10.6 inches, and fits a 500 x 300 mm bed. Enlarge it as needed, but not below this size, because the narrowest lines are 1.3 mm. Use 3 mm plywood or MDF, or acrylic of the same thickness, with black lines over a turquoise, sand or natural wood backing.
