Eight round multilayer Christmas ornaments with a ribbon banner for a name: this original design by Decorartes is a complete laser cut file set for personalized Christmas ornaments. The designs are Snowy Village, Nativity, Santa’s Sleigh, Poinsettia, Snowman, Reindeer, Gingerbread and Christmas Tree, and every ornament has a ribbon banner across the bottom where you engrave any name with your laser software’s text tool.
Each ornament is a gold back plate with a bauble cap and a hanging tab, the four layers of its picture, four cap pieces and the banner. It is 12 cm across and 14.3 cm tall with the tab, 1.8 cm thick in the 3 mm set and 3.6 cm in the 6 mm set, and the name area is 7 x 1.1 cm, enough for names of about 10 letters.
The file comes in two complete sets, one for 3 mm sheets and one for 6 mm sheets. Each design has its own sheet with its layers, banner and caps, and the back plates (the same for every design) come together on two sheets, so you cut only the ornaments you want. Everything was checked in 3D: every layer is one solid piece and the banner rests on wood all the way.
You can make them bigger or smaller by scaling all the pieces together, by the same percentage and with the proportions locked. The ornaments have no slots, so they fit together with the same board at any size. Never scale only one piece or only one direction.
The ZIP includes the cutting sheets for 3 mm (279 x 300 mm) and 6 mm (300 x 300 mm), every sheet as SVG, DXF, DWG, AI, PDF and EPS, a parts guide, an illustrated step-by-step assembly guide in English and in Spanish with how to add the name, and README files. The names in the photos are examples. The product photos are 3D renders made from these exact files.
