A large circle dominates this square panel, and inside it a many-pointed starburst explodes from a small center, ringed by bands of narrow rays and pointed arches. Curved ornaments fill the corners so the circle feels set into a carved frame. Nine layers give the starburst serious depth: the rays fall away in steps, producing strong shadow lines under side lighting.
It fits a living room focal wall, a home office behind the desk, or a studio entrance. If you plan to stain, finish each layer before assembly; reaching into the narrow ray channels with a brush after gluing is slow and tends to leave drips.
