Interlocking cogs and gears fill this round steampunk clock, visible both inside a solid dial ring numbered 1 to 12 and around the outer border among overlapping circles. Five layers stack so the gears appear to turn at different depths behind the dial.
Hands and a quartz mechanism must be bought separately; before cutting, make sure the opening at the center matches your movement’s shaft. It belongs in a workshop, a garage office or the home of anyone who loves mechanical design. Dry-brushing brass or copper paint over the gear layers gives a convincing industrial patina.
