Interlocking lobes and looping, ribbon-like lines come together to form the cross in this tall rectangular panel. A small round mandala marks the crossing, the arms end in clover-like curves, and leafy patterns fill the space between the cross and the border. Thanks to the 7-layer build, the looping outline seems to weave around the center, which lends the carving a handcrafted, heirloom feel.
