A sunny cobblestone street in an imaginary Mexican colonial town, in five layers: yellow and blue houses with arched doorways, wrought-iron balconies and wall lanterns line the street, pink bougainvillea pours over the walls and balconies, and soft blue hills rise at the end of the street. This original multilayer design by Decorartes, inspired by the colorful colonial towns of Mexico, is made for laser cutting.

It is built from 5 layers of 3 mm wood: dark brown on top, then pink, yellow and blue, over a solid cream backing. Each deeper layer shows through the cut-outs of the layers above, so the flowers, the houses and the sky glow from inside the piece. Every layer is one single connected piece, and all layers share the same outer frame and the same edges, so they line up exactly when glued and no color peeks out between them.

At 200 x 300 mm, or roughly 7.9 by 11.8 inches, it is a vertical piece that fits standard laser beds. You may enlarge it freely, scaling all five layers by the same amount, but should not cut it smaller, because its finest lines are 1.3 mm wide.

The ZIP includes every layer as SVG, DXF, DWG, AI, PDF and EPS, an assembled preview with the five colored layers stacked, an alignment check file, preview images and a README with the colors and the assembly steps.
