Two hands reach toward each other, fingers not quite touching, in this well-known detail from Michelangelo’s The Creation of Adam (c.1512). The original is in the public domain; Decorartes turned the detail into a clean flow-line design for modern interiors.
The format is long and slim, 450 by 219 mm or 17.7 by 8.6 inches, which works above a desk, a headboard or a doorway.
Both hands and the surrounding lines join the frame, so the layer cuts as one connected piece with no loose fragments. The download adds a backing board file in the same outer size.
Cut it from MDF, birch plywood or acrylic, 3 mm thick, with black lines on natural wood or a stone-gray board. It can be made larger at will but not smaller, as no stroke is under 1.3 mm. A fine gift for an artist or a new graduate.
Digital download. Files included: flow-line layer files in SVG, DXF, DWG, AI, and PDF formats, backing board files in SVG, DXF, and DWG, a cut-lines SVG that holds both layers, a transparent PNG preview, a JPG preview, and a README.
