For Lent, Holy Week or a quiet corner set aside for prayer, this panel shows Jesus praying beside a rock beneath a shaft of light. It is based on Christ in Gethsemane, painted by Heinrich Hofmann in 1886 and now a public-domain work, rendered by Decorartes in flow lines.
Because each line is joined to the frame, the black layer comes off the cutter as one connected piece with nothing left loose. A matching backing board file, equal to the frame in size, is also included.
It is 300 x 451 mm, which comes to 11.8 x 17.7 inches. To keep the 1.3 mm minimum line width, scale it up if you like but never down. Plywood, MDF or acrylic about 3 mm thick is suggested, the lines colored black over a lighter wood, cream or soft blue board. It also suits a study.
