Updated V2, It’s now non-destructive and adds a mask to the layer which can be removed at any time.

Limitations:

All shapes must be on a separate layer.
Must be 150-300 dpi for lower dpi please reduce the bush size.

Dude you killed it! Glad I watched the video. At first I wasn’t getting that you select a brush and then run the action. This is pretty much exactly what I was looking. Fantastic solution!
