SVG format requires Photoshop CC 2017 or Illustrator CC 2018 (or later)
Regular TTF format works universally.

Frelloe is a beautiful SVG brush font, with brush stroke textures making your designs even better.
To change the font color, you can change it in Photoshop CC 2017 (or later version) by clicking on the font and clicking on layer layer style color overlay
included in the file that is

Frelloe SVG – Realistic Brush Fonts
Frelloe SVG – Traditional vector version of the font, less detail than SVG but is a nice rough version that works universally on all software.
as well as Alternative Frelloe SVG OTF & TTF files
