How can you achieve your goals?
Your little habits can determine whether you can achieve your goals or get to add them to your next resolution.
Your everyday activities can cause you to crossover a new week, month, or year with your old resolutions. This is why you need to track your daily habits (add positive habits and minus negative habits) that will help you achieve your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly expectations.
After writing our new year resolution, it is very crucial to keep your goals, specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound. In this context we will be paying attention to Time-Bound.
Inorder to achieve your new year resolution, you get to divide your resolution into daily, weekly, monthly goals. E.g, as a student graphic designer, I understand that I don’t just have to read my books. I have to create time to perfect my graphic design skill and time for carrying out design tasks. Therefore, I have to change my old habits of last week (reading 10 hours daily) into a new habit of allocating special time to reading, graphic design among other expectations. This act will keep you on track, not neglecting my books trying to perfect my digital skills or neglect my digital skills for my education.
Doing this will not just help you to carryout your activities but it will also help you know what habits are not favorable for you, which can help set more realistic goals.
