InsightPulse is a modern workforce management and productivity analytics dashboard designed for businesses managing office-based, remote, and hybrid teams. It brings employee attendance, time tracking, activity monitoring, task management, payroll insights, and compliance reporting together in one interface.
Built with React 18, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, InsightPulse features an interactive dashboard, comprehensive reporting modules, employee management tools, and a responsive layout with light and dark themes.

## Installation
**Requirements:** Node.js 18 or higher; Node.js 20.x is recommended.
1. Extract the project and open its directory.
2. Install dependencies using `npm install`.
3. Configure your environment using the provided `.env.example` file.
4. Start the development server using `npm run dev`.
5. Open `http://localhost:5173` in your browser.
**Production build:** Run `npm run build`.
**Production preview:** Run `npm run preview`.
## Important Information
InsightPulse supports standalone demo mode with sample data and LocalStorage-based session and preference persistence. Backend integration requires a compatible REST API and appropriate environment configuration.
Features such as GPS tracking, screen monitoring, and activity tracking should be treated as application interfaces and documented workflows unless the required live services and integrations are separately implemented and configured.
The project can be built as a static single-page application for deployment to compatible hosting providers.
