I wanted to publish my new podcast episode so I created a mockup where you can change the main photo and also the text and finally a button to your podcast/song so your subscribers can listen to it. You can add the link or simply say to swipe up for Instagram.
I use the app OVER to add the layers of text and photo so I can do it all through the iPhone. The main mockup is in PNG so you can add the photo in a layer behind.
