I have tested the actions only in Photoshop CC, I am not sure if they work on CS6. but the layer styles and everything else that is in this kit, works perfectly in CS6 as well.
With this product, you will be able to easily apply a watercolour look/effect to text, shapes, vectors and brushes. The product can be used with the layer styles alone and without the actions, though, with the actions, you will get a more realistic result.
