This plugin works with Photoshop 2021 or newer

Clockwork lets you build complex circular designs and shapes with ease! The plugin provides a lot of settings that let you control every little detail of the resulting shape, while giving you an immediate visual feedback as you drag the sliders.
It includes two panels – gear creator and circle arranger – that compliment each other perfectly and are easily accessible through the tab navigation.
