VERY EASY TO INSTALL:
Open Lightroom.
Go To: Edit • Preferences • Presets.
Click On The Box Titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder.
Click on Lightroom.
Click on Develop Presets.
Copy or drag the preset file Into Develop Presets.
Restart Lightroom.
