just place overlay over your photo and set size & position properly
use “Gaussian Blur” to find the prefect setting of natural effect
if you need to adjust the color of apples & leaves, play with Hue/Saturation mask
if needed – use eraser (or layer mask and soft black brush) to clean unnecessary parts
merge layers and that’s it! So simple.
