Positive and negative stress has a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress. You will be shown how stress can be positive and negative, and we will look at the Triple A approach that will form the basis of this course.
The Stress Management course will give you a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. You will also understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.

This course has helped me to learn how to understand and what to do when i am stressed and ask questions about how it happens, and how to prevent it.
Easy to get through quickly, packed with great tips for dealing with stress. The only thing I would say is that sometimes, it isn’t possible to apply the three A’s, and there is no advice for how to deal with that.
Very meaningful course which will help me lead a more productive and healthy professional life.
